Barış Farsakoğlu, Att.

Born in Ankara in 1991. He completed his secondary education in the German-language program at Hacı Ömer Tarman Anatolian High School and graduated from the Faculty of Law of İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University in 2016.

Throughout his career he has practiced primarily in administrative and tax law, as well as commercial, labour and enforcement law; he has provided legal advisory services to companies and represented clients in commercial and private-law disputes. In this period he gained particular hands-on experience in resolving disputes between public authorities and the private sector.

Within Farsakoğlu Avukatlık Bürosu, which he founded in 2022, he provides advisory services in technology law, the protection of personal data, crypto assets, corporate law and capital markets, and represents clients in commercial and private-law disputes.

I approach law not merely as a means of resolving disputes, but as an instrument of risk management and strategic structuring.

The legal needs of technology companies rarely fit within a single area: a software agreement can raise questions of data protection, intellectual property and corporate law at the same time. The office works accordingly — a matter is considered in all its dimensions from the outset, and the client deals directly with the person handling it.

He is fluent in English and has a basic command of German. He is a Congress Member of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club.
